How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic (USA) shipping is 2-5 business days. All orders ship with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Please contact support for any order issues.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term. Keep away from light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides should be used promptly and stored at 2-8°C.
